Terms and Conditions Part 2

Balance due in cash or certified funds at pickup or 2 weeks prior to shipment.
If pig/s are not picked up within 14 days of designated pick up date, a $4 fee per pig per day will apply. No refunds for our daily care fee.
All pigs bought from Meishan Preservation include a 1 year AMBA Associate membership ($35 value) and transfer of ownership fees. ($20 per pig otherwise.) Customer names pig/s if not already registered.
Priority is given to orders already placed and then first come first served based on the date of deposit whenever possible. Meishan Preservation Inc reserves the right to make adjustments in selection/delivery order based on gender mix of available litters.
Barrows are subject to availability and may be rescheduled at the discretion of Meishan Preservation Inc
Deposits are non-refundable unless Meishan Preservation Inc is unable to fill the order. Determination of ability to fill an order is at the sole discretion of Meishan Preservation Inc. Meishan Preservation Inc a Georgia business entity. All contracts and decisions impacting those contracts are subject to the approval Board of Directors of Meishan Preservation Inc.
This contract is valid for 1 year from the initial payment date. After that date, all deposits or payments are forfeited by customer and Meishan Preservation is released from all obligations to fulfill this order.
This invoice, upon receipt of the customer's deposit, shall also act as a contract between buyer and seller (Meishan Preservation Inc). This contract and any resolution of its terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and statutes of Walton County Georgia. Meishan Preservation Inc reserves the sole right to redesignate the location of the venue of resolution. SEVERABILITY: In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term or clause in this Agreement to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the same will not have an impact on other terms or clauses in the Agreement or the entire Agreement.
